I wanted to spread awareness and tried to notify someone, but every time I asked Christina who I could complain to, she ignored me and just pointed at the wall and dismissed what I had to say. When I called the hotline number, it rang and rang, and someone from the shelter answered and hung up. I'm writing this review to share my concerns regarding the Shelter Director's conduct during my stay at Option House. It's important for the integrity of the program and the safety and well-being of clients to address these matters. During my time at the shelter, the Director was rarely present. I appreciate their help with my restraing order yet at the same time they have classes for perpetrators which my daughter intended they canceled most classes yet she got credit for attending perpetrators classes which is not helping the community or perpetrators of domestic violence

Christina is the worst person basically a narcissist has no compassion no understanding and once you complain or share your thoughts and feelings she kicks you out worst director ever not even qualified for the job says she understands because she went thru the same thing but makes you feel victimized all over again
