New to the area amd decided to give them a try. Nice decor but the ambiance is cold. Staff is cold, no one speaks, or smiles. My pedicure was okay but was rushed. Definitely didnt feel like a spa experience. Won't be my first choice in the future.Service: Pedicure

Loved this place. Bob was very efficient with my nails. I just showed him a picture and he got it down. Ly was awesome, I didn’t have cash and I was able to Zelle her for payment and tip. Very accommodating. I will be back. ?

I've been coming here for years and I generally have an excellent experience. I only get pedicures and waxing done, so I can't speak to manicures and acrylics. Most of the people here do good pedicures - some are better than others, but I've never had a bad pedicure. If I have my choice, I only let Jane do my waxing. She's been waxing me for 20 years, give or take. The few times I go in when Jane isn't there, I've usually had a decent experience with the other ladies. There is no substitute for a long-term relationship with your waxer, though. However, today was just bad. I was quickly sent to the back, left room. (Jane is in the right room.)
