The service was okay but literally was in there for 4 hours. When I arrived I understood there was a wait. I waiting and noticed people were checking in just like me as a walk in. When I noticed the two people after me checked in were seen before me. That one one think that upset me. After I was never provided with colors like the rest of ladies. I had to as do them multiple times before I go them. After, I asked when I arrived mani pedis they proceeded with pedis which is understandable but then I novices the person next to me who came after me had also requested mani pedi started to receive both treatments at the same time. It's really upsetting when you see other people finish before you do. I only requested a basic pedi and gel mani that's all. The the quality in work was fair but not to the point that I am sitting there for four hours I arrived at 1 didn't leave closer 5. They had plenty of nail tecs working. I left very uncomfortable with their service overall they didn't apologize for the wait. And issues occurring in their business which was another incident that occurred other than mines. The workers were nice but just quality of work was not as I expected.
I don't get my nails done much but I had a good experience here and I felt the price was relatively inexpensive. For price reference, this set cost me $50 and would have been $40 for just a plain color.
Found this little gem just in time for my daughters wedding. They did a great job and did design on three nails for free. After my daughters wedding I brought her here to get her honeymoon nails. We worked with Tom and Tram (?) I think. But great nails. Great price. Great service.
