Horrible company to work for... they pay vent and trach certified nurses 24/hr, but only offered 20 if you're a new graduate. You're paid weekly, but they pay new graduate LVNs minimum wage for 24hrs of orientation, and you have to work 32hrs a week for a year, or they demand back the monies paid for orientation. The biggest issue with that, is in doing homecare, you're at the whim of the family your working for, and if they decide they want a new nurse, you're out of work.
