I was there for pedicure. They ask you if I want this wanted that , my manicure wasn’t done had full set nails, no matter I always tip. This one lady was in front of me saying tip $ 5 repeatedly I was damn end up paying $90 in total, pedicure with design, full set with gel, eyebrows and mustache. They charged me extra $7 or $10 more bcuz they forgot to charge me about my mustache. Bad experience haven’t been there over 5 years came back leaving with a disappointment. Wanted even nails on toes she made them shorter and hand nails were so squared. SMH

Been coming here on and off for years and never no complaints.....I can complain more about the other customers than anything....lol...but hey it's the Waterman so never know what you may encounter. If you know the Slauson Swapmeet as it was called BEFORE the SUPERMALL, the Waterman is like going in Beverly Hills...lol...JS
