This is the first time I’ve had to handle cremation for a loved one. Ingrid was incredible from the moment I contacted her. She made the entire process easy. She responded quickly to all my questions and was kind and empathic. No one wants to deal with such painful decisions but Ingrid made the process uncomplicated and smooth. I’d recommend Family Memorial to anyone who needs their services.

Family Funeral was the first number I came across when searching for a location to handle my father’s cremation. Living out of state and trying to figure things out was difficult but after talking with Dulce, she eased my mind and my sisters and we talked. In difficult times people are stressed already, and this place really helped to assure us of everything even when we were abroad and not sure of how things would go, and also not to overpay for what's not necessary and can get pricy, which only matter to the alive, not the dead, so let's be honest and modest...So I was very happy that I was able to reach out to this company, talk it over with the Owner, talk it over with Ingrid.
