Appt. @ 3:10 waited bout 30 mins. For eye exam, then another 15 to see the eye Dr. Another 30 mins in with Dr. & another 30 mins. For the actual pick & choose eye wear. Now to wait for 2 or 3 wks for the glasses

Everything from scheduling to eye exam to frame selection and checking out went exceptionally smoothly. We drove from Rancho Cucamonga to go to this location because they still have the lab. Even though our particular lenses were unable to be made in lab, we are extremely satisfied with our experience. They were very accommodating with getting our 3 family members examined, and Elizabeth was fantastic with helping us with our frames and check out. Our family has been going through some very difficult times, so having someone so helpful and patient was comforting. Highly recommend this location.
