We had a new FAU installed the new of July. AC worked great! In mid November, we needed to use the heater and discovered that something was wrong with our FAU. Our Tech Art, came out more than once to diagnose the challenging problems that these new "Low Nox", So called "Smart" units have created. Ballard's manager Danny, also went above and beyond to help figure out the issue that the new EPA regulations have created. A Great Big THANKS!, once again to Ballard!!
