I am sorry to be reading such poor reviews after I utilized Aaron Cremation's services for three of my relatives and had excellent service. I didn't post a review those times, so I am posting it now. We utilized cremation services for my mom, grandma, and my husband. The service was prompt, respectful, and courteous. This was well before the pandemic. I hope the service hasn't changed since I plan on contacting them for my own cremation needs. I know that many companies lost staff and the pandemic impacted services in most businesses. When I called recently for information, the people I spoke to were kind and helpful.
When my father passed away Aaron's Cremation helped get everything handled in what seemed like maybe hours at most. Everything was taken care of, and the prices are far below most cremation services. Every email I sent (Which I tend to send a lot) were answered immediately and with kindness. During such a difficult time, those little things count. I really did appreciate their help, and recommended them to numerous families that have needed a cremation service. Direct Cremation with Death Certificate and pick up cost me anywhere from $700-$800. Hope this review helps someone.
