DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Where to start. Keep reading why these people are a SCAM and stole from me. I found Jacinto and Ann on OfferUp and Jacinto came for an estimate for my closet and he was nice and seemed to be trustworthy. We had a set date for install and it got rescheduled 5 times before they actually showed up. I started worrying they were going to take my deposit and run from how many bs excuses I was given. I was so nervous but he finally showed up monthssss later. So I liked the work and made the mistake to hire them for two more closets. I paid them a deposit and like the first time they missed my install date three times with bs excuses until the last install date they blocked my phone number and stole my deposit which was a big deposit. Do not come anywhere near this business. I am pursuing legal action against them and reporting them to the BBB and every other organization I can think of. I have them on my home camera system and I have alllll the messages. Their excuses on missing install dates were like his tire to his van popped or they were out of the country for a funeral, just nonsense. These are horrible people, scum, steer clear. I hope you find this review before hiring them.

Very poor communication and responsiveness. After committing to 3 install dates (no show) the 3rd time it happened. There were a few cabinets that did not have the proper amount of shelves and there was 2 cabinets he was going to be replacing do to wrong size. Jacinto agreed to come back out the following week and it never happened. 3 weeks later he finally answered my call (after many attempts) and promised a date and that didn't happen again. I have called him and his daughter at lease 20 times since, text them and they do not respond. The worst is I paid him in full because I trusted him and now I need to have shelves made somewhere and get 2 more cabinets made. Very frustrating...I would not recommend them!

Our custom Made built in closest by A&J are perfect! Jacinto designed them and even made suggestions that we didn't think of. He is a great value for the work he delivers. I even referred him to do my parents built in media center. Family owned business and wants to make sure you love what you get. Highly recommend
