Zero stars!!! They do not know how to do a simple shoe lift on my boot. I had been going to another repair shop for 30+ years but the owner retired so I tried this place. They don't know how to do it.
Very friendly, fast, and great value! I had a leather bag that needed repair and I was able to pick it up the next day. She even reinforced it so it wouldn't come apart again. Will be returning for any future needs!
My favorite and most expensive shoes some how got what looked like bleach spots on them. I brought them into the shop and was greeted with a friendly smile. She said to pick them up a a couple days and that it would be 20$. Up one picking up my shoes o was so impressed how amazing They looked. I knew that due to the over hyping of COv19 that the store must have suffered loss of business. That coupled with such an amazing job on my favorite shoes, I payed her double.
