Pat and his crew did an outstanding job repairing tree damage and replacing my roof and rain gutters. They replaced the roof on my shed with matching shingles and surprised me by saving the undamaged rain gutters and downspouts from my house and adding them to my shed , which was a special added touch. Pat replaced my roof in 1990 when I first moved into my home and he and his crew go the extra mile to make sure every detail is covered and the job is done right, on time and at a fair price. The job performance by Urrutia Roofing has inspired me to write a review. A majority of reviews are written out of frustration and negative in content. Urrutia Roofing deserves to be complemented.Pat was the one that gave us the bud and overlooked the job. He is one of the company owners!! His crew consisted of Adrian, Andres and Carlos. They were friendly, informative and their quality of work was exceptional.In this era and generation of the business world you will find very few companies that have the qualities, the level of Urrutia Roofing. Our house is small with an unattached long single garage. From the beginning to the end of our roofs being replaced on main house & added to garage (2nd layer), it was a job beyond professional! Took 4 days, signed contract & they we’re here in a couple of days. They did a wonderful job on both house & garage. I took lots of photos to show their excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves every day & the roofers were very friendly & professional. Easy to discuss what was going on with me an old lady they took time with. Very patient & especially kind!
