“I am grateful for having orthopedic urgent care in our community because I can't wait for my appointment with other specialists.

I deeply appreciated how P.A. Amanda, clearly explained the anatomy involved and what exactly was causing my pain is tendinitis and frozen shoulder. The clear instructions provided, continues exercises and Physical therapy. She showed me my xray and explained the result very well.
P.A. Amanda made me feel heard and respected.This level of attentiveness made a significant difference.
She prescribed me anti spasm and NSAID. She re assured me that I will get better, just trust the process and if symptoms persist she encouraged me to come back.

Overall, the care provided was professional and effective, and I appreciate the assistance I received in managing my shoulder pain. I am confident that addressing the small suggestion regarding initial assessment and pain check-ins will make the experience even better for future patients.
