Great service; technician was very knowledgeable, he knew what the problem was in the first few minutes. He ordered the parts and the second time he came back, was able to install new board with solenoids and new rubber drub cover in less than 45min. Thank you!
Although Michael was not an authorized service person, he was very kind, polite and shared some common sense tips. He definitely cares about the customers he serves! Copy Michael and then paste his customer service acumen into all other repair people!
Sears serviceman Angel was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts needed to do the service with him; no need to order parts and return to do the repair. He quickly completed the job and had the dryer running like new again.
