This delivery service doesn't even deserve one star. We were given a delivery window of 11-2 and all three of us were home during this entire time waiting for the delivery. The driver supposedly knocked on the door and when no one answered proceeded to leave the 2 massive boxes lying flat (ignoring the large stickers that said "THIS SIDE UP, DO NOT LAY FLAT" in an area where they stuck out into the street. I happened to hear a truck leaving and ran out side to find the boxes lying halfway into the street. Completely unacceptable delivery and I'm sure they damaged the contents.

I wish I could rate this company ZERO stars! I was given a window of 10 -1 for delivery and at 2:30 when I called I was informed that the driver would need help unloading it from the truck because they were short-handed. I called the driver and he informed me that they are receiving a lot of complaints because drivers are overbooked and understaffed.
