I have always been pleased with the ability to schedule an appointment in a timely manner and the welcoming greeting upon arrival. Kylie was very sweet, answered my questions, and took care of business. Dr. Hashimoto made appropriate suggestions and was most informative as well. Visiting a dentist isn’t my cup of tea, but Salinas Valley Dental makes it quite easy!

I’m really disappointed that SVDC now uses AI for phone calls. I had to repeat my info multiple times, go in circles with the AI assistant and leave voicemails to finally get a call from an in-office staff member. Prior to this, the service has been exceptional but the AI assistant is annoying and frustrating. SVDC has great front office staff so it’s disappointing that it’s so difficult to reach them now.
