I especially like the lock the door rule, out of concern for the animals. That meant a lot to me.
I was so happy during and after my visit. KITTY improved immediately. KITTY was handled perfectly. He was not scared and responded to staff calmly. It's because they know what they are doing. The staff was friendly, kind and happy.
