I’m really disappointed that I went with Pacific Coast Flooring. I did this mainly because I needed the job to be done quickly. There were several issues: 1. I was assured that there wouldn’t be any odor/VOCs after the water based poly over oil-based stain but there was an odor, and l have baby to whom this is very bad 2. Parts of the floor didn’t get stained properly and when they came back to fix this they used a different color stain and never added poly like they said they would (see pics). 3. I had to personally replace three of the thresholds installed because they were too small/not installed properly. 4. There are several places where the hardwood has holes/chips...read full review
