Dr. Moro, Winter and Trejo are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, never going to see them again after 5-6 years of going for my eye exams, frames and glasses. I think my patience diminished the older I got and I've had enough with their customer service at the Salinas, CA office in North Main St. Rude, with a capital A in attitude sums it up. What happened to being friendly to customers? Or much less showing a little bit of respect? Or taking time to make us feel you actually are there to help not just to get us out of your busy work lives as quickly as possible. Geez. Had been going to Dr Moro since he was at Sears. Chose to find a new eye doctor after my last pair of frames fell apart and so did my Mother's. Was also told when I made the last appointment there is a $50 cancellation fee if you don't show up. I said to the person on the phone, have I ever not shown up in the last 20 years? Give me a break. Went to a new eye doctor this year.

This review is not for the doctor but for the front desk reception. As I can see from previous reviews, I am not the only one that has encountered rudeness from the front desk personnel. I was a new customer in search of an optometrist and called to make an appointment with dr Rubio. I spoke with Raquel, who from the start was extremely rude, short, and acted like I was wasting her time by gathering my information. Needless to say I quickly informed her there was no need to be rude and would be taking my business elsewhere. Another customer lost.
