As a UPS "hub" where you can pick up your packages, it's the absolute worst - SO RUDE!!!! Could not give me the time of day to make sure my package is there or to help me understand options. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Dropped a suit off on a Saturday. They said it would be ready the following Saturday... terrible timeline, but went with it. Showed up at the time on the ticket one week later and not ready! They came up with every excuse in the books! Terrible service and the suit doesn't even look cleaned. I question if they did anything to it or just steamed it real quick.
