I have been going there for years! The owner there is extremely AMAZING and very sweet! She is extremely customer oriented and pays attention to you, and she is very professional! I'll tell you what when I went in there, from the first time we met we became besties(like sisters now). She has such an AMAZING personality! I will continue going there! I've been to plenty of laundromats, and the others never smile and act like they have a stick up their butt! When I found this place I was shocked at how amazing she is! this is now my place to go too!!!! Thank you so much, Ms. R!. You are the best ever!!!

This place is good, clean and helpful in a really cool way. I've been using this laundry's services many years without disappointment. I only wish their machines worked on a laundry app, but they do offer a change machine. They also do your laundry and send it back folded for a reasonable fee, with a ten pound minimum. Friendly and safe place in Star Market Plaza.

Even though I could do my laundry a few cents cheaper where I live, I have found that it is worthwhile to drive across town to Lou's Fluff and Fold. I'm there usually once a week, and not only am able to do my laundry in an efficient, pleasant environment, but with Rita or her employees have a cheerful source of any help I need. When I read the comments, I have never experienced any of the complaints about Rita or the facility. She is really friendly, always cheerful, and helpful in a number of ways. The complaint about the price increase struck me as odd, with the situation today I was surprised that she waited so long, and even with a higher price it is still a bargain. There are many good reasons to come here as opposed to other places, and I expect to do so for a long time
