We love Kloud 9 Ranch. Our dog is so well taken care of there. Jen, the owner, is a veterinary tech and she loves to work with dogs. She has done very good things with our "reactive" dog and she always has such "spot-on" insights into our dog's behavior.

I contacted Kloud 9 Ranch via email in an attempt to board my dog, and never received a response. When several days passed, I called to no answer and subsequently sent a text to follow-up. I received a very short response saying they are not taking new clients, which is fine, however if I would've received a response I would've looked elsewhere and not have been in a pickle trying to board my dog on short notice. I thanked the owner and simply asked/recommended that they post that on the website or respond to reservation requests with that information.
