I highly recommend JB Heating and Plumbing. Benjamin came to check our water heater and give us a quote the same day. His prices are very fair and the work was doing well and in a very timely manner. Great service! Now on a personal note, my husband spent most of the time outside while our water heater was being replaced. He spend time chatting with Benjamin and his young son. What a loving dad and kind person. He is teaching his son important lessons.. hard work and integrity. Again, I highly recommend JB Heating and Plumbing. This is a family business that should be supported by his community.

Ben was awesome. Our washing machine pipe started overflowing on Saturday afternoon and Ben was at our house within an hour of contacting him. His rates are good and the same for a Saturday afternoon or weekday. He was diligent in isolating the location of the blockage and in getting the pipe unclogged. He even went on our roof and ran the snake through the vent and that did the trick!We liked him so much that we are having him give us a bid for some other work!

We posted a need for a plumbing project on Sunday at 3:00 pm, within 15 minutes we received a proposal from Ben at JB Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. It was a fair quote and availability between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. We were pleasantly surprised by the immediate availability and great price.Once we accepted the proposal, Ben continued excellent communication and professionalism until he arrived around 6:00 pm (giving ETA updates as arrival time neared).He wore booties in the house to protect our floors.
