Nice , clean and spacious place for exercise! There are plenty of exercise equipments, you have never waited for a machine! I love the free weight area with kettle bells, weight plates, rope, punch bag, You name it, In Shape has it! Sauna, Steam room and Hot tub… You cannot beat this place! Bathroom is clean! Staff members are very nice and friendly! No pressure! I started in August last year, nice young lady at front desk who gave me all info and offered me 3 days free work out! I just signed up after walking around the gym! I came back a day later to see Andrew with special discount for Monterey County Employee . Andrew was very patient and happily processed my request!… read full review
