Ridiculously unprofessional, wait times can be all day and no communication from front desk staff to patients. They will let you sit there all day and can never provide a wait time. Phone call hold times can are never less than 10 minutes
Yikes! THREE hours for a drop in appointment? ONE doctor and over FORTY-SEVEN patients by 4PM (I asked). No, I will not go back again. My time is more valuable than their need to make money. HInt: PAY another doctor to be there!!! Dr. was funny, professional, helpful, and personable. Staff was nice and apologetic. I liked them all and felt almost as sorry for them as I did for me, my dad, and my son. Rolling Stone was pretty much the only magazine available to patients. Turns out, Rolling Stone is brought in by one of the medical assistants. Hint: Get a variety of magazines so the people who are waiting (for 3 hours) can have something to read.
