I cannot advocate for red light therapy enough!! I have been battling psoriasis for most of my life and wish that I knew about the health benefits of red light therapy A LOT sooner. In just 3 weeks I saw a huge change in my skin and after 4 months of going consistency (4-5xs a week for 15mins) I saw and felt DRAMATIC changes. I was in so much pain (mentally and physically) in February and by the end of June I was confident enough to be rocking tank tops and shorts. Not only has it helped immensely with my psoriasis but red light therapy has also made a massive improvement on my forehead wrinkles. Also, I am a gym rat who works out 5-6xs per week, I noticed a difference in my muscle recovery time! I am a very holistic person. I do not put any prescribed over-the-counter medicines/ointments on my psoriasis, nor do I do Botox. Red light therapy will always be a part of my health/beauty routine!!
