Felix was professional, patient, and personable. He helped me set up my new iPad, which took a long time. He was pleasant to talk to and work with. He explained every step of the set up so that I could understand it.

I've been a happy Best Buy customer for many, many years. Both the Salinas and Marina locations have been great to me. The biggest reason in Salinas has been Andres Piña. He's one of the managers at the Salinas location and has always been pleasant and super helpful. I've liked staying current when it comes to my TV and audio systems, Andres has always done a great job breaking down the latest tech and features so that a non-tech savvy guy like meself can not only understand, but also make an informed decision. The only con I have with him, is that he's a Dallas Cowboys fan. Lol.

This is such an amazing store. So many great electronic items. In fact I don't know what half of them are for. But I really enjoy shopping here. They have a great selection of televisions. I was really amazed at how inexpensive they are now days. And I love all the accessories you can buy. The earphones for the tv is something I was interested in since I am hard of hearing. I bought my cell phone here. And they had a great selection of protective covers for it. I also switched phone service here. They were so helpful. The staff are very well trained and really know their stuff. I really love this store.
