I’ve been using Gavilan for a few years. Called them because I had a wolf spider in my bathroom, and I don’t do spiders. At all. I don’t do bugs, but especially spiders. Called Chet, he’s my dad’s neighbor. They came out and sprayed and I haven’t seen any more big guys. I also have ant issues here. In the 3 years I’ve used them, they’ve been out 3 extra times for them. Once last year, and twice this week. I’m being invaded by the ants. Jorge is my technician and he’s just wonderful. We have used Gavilan monthly for many years now and are completely satisfied with their service. They eliminated the mice and rat problem inside our house years ago and continue to keep the rodents under control around the outside of the house. They are quick to respond to a never-ending gopher population that would otherwise demolish our garden. Jorge regularly removes cobwebs around the house and sprays the eaves for spiders. Their service is consistent, professional, effective and always delivered with a smile. We recommend highly! And in addition, we had Jorge spray our roses this spring and they are free of aphids and fungus. Hooray!
