This business is great! I always feel amazing when I leave here. From the Cryosauna, PBM light bed, and Jason with his localized treatments has helped my heels and lower back. They offer several other treatments that I have not tried yet but definitely interested. If you have any pains from an injury, working out too hard or after surgery you need to check them out.
I ran 12 miles last week and legs were so sore up until Monday. I ran 18 miles yesterday and decides to visit Flow last minute. I did Cryo and leg compressions. By 8pm it was like a light switch went off. ALLLLLLL pain/soreness went away! The staff was so knowledgable and answered all my questions including some. I’m so glad i bought a package and will be traveling from SJ all the time!
I loved the Theralight and Flow Cryotherapy. It was a fast ten minutes of self care that has wonderful benefits. It is very helpful for pain and inflammation, which is exactly why I was there. Jason and his staff are so caring and knowledgeable. I wish I could come back every day. He does all his research and knows what will help you. A nice bonus was that the Theralight has bluetooth, so I was able to listen to my favorite podcast :) I have brought my family here and everyone loves the results.
