Janet and Laura are amazing. I am a amateur bodybuilder. Always get muscle strains, body just worked. I reach out to Janet and either her or her daughter work on me. They are so intuitive, they really understand the human body. For myself it is chest and shoulders mainly and Laura will do sports massage and cupping. This helps so much in recovery:My son who will beat some of the state and National powerlifting records. Just started going and this has really accelerated his recovery. Thank you ladies you are a blessing.

The Mom and daughter are amazing. I compete in men's bodybuilding and their skills help me to grow. I had tight chest and shoulder pain and they were able to release the pain.
