I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've been going to this CosmoProf for years. I've always been given great customer service. Especially from Lisa who has a wealth of knowledge and has been there for many years. While it is a small store and can feel cramped at times when the shipments are waiting to be stocked, and they may have a rush of customers, I'm happy to say staff has gone out of their way, above and beyond even.
