I have a wide open molar thats bleeding into my mouth every hour and they scheduled an extraction 5 MONTHS OUT!!! I stood there at the counter and was just floored and they were serious. So I'm supposed to bleed out, swallowing my blood every night while I sleep because my situation is apparently trivial and can wait until OCTOBER!! I'll probably end up in emergency in a couple of days because it won't stop bleeding. I just don't get it...

Very bad customer service. you call and are placed on hold for long periods of time. I had to hang up and call again and they answered right away. One of the dentist's assistant is really rude. I went for my filling. I had already done my xrays and on my second visit to get the filling. Without looking at my chart, the assistant told me to get the xray again and when I told her that I got the xray done a couple of weeks ago, she got mad. While helping the dentists, she just put a mouthwash next to me, without diluting it and said "here" and left.Another incident was where they took my credit card and swiped it for the amount due, and then kept it for 5 minutes...until...read full review
