Do yourself a favor and do not use this exterminator!! I paid $500 for 3 month's of their rat extermination coverage which includes the setting of rat traps in my attic and checking the traps once a week. However, their only employee, Robert, set the traps but never returned. The smell of dead rats reeked my home. I called the owner, Mitch, and he refused to honor the coverage. I demanded a refund and to meet him at his office to discuss my claim. However, he said that he doesn't have an office and works from his parent's house in East Salinas. This is such a shady business! Stay clear of them.
