Richard was professional, honest, and reassuring. We thought our heating unit might need to be replaced, but after inspecting it, he put our minds at ease by explaining that it was working well and only needed a few adjustments and a cleaning. We appreciated his straightforward assessment, quick response, and the positive results. We would gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional service.
Our A/C unit went out during a warm spell in our area. I called Associated Services and they responded very quickly. Our service tech identified the problem immediately and had the parts on his truck and fixed the problem. Associated Services is our go to service provider when it comes to HVAC.
