Associated Services is in my home service file with five stars for future service and referrals...service requested was to troubleshoot my furnace...Terry was very pleasant and knowledgeable with my request and was most accommodating with scheduling a field service tech to come over and check my furnace. Izaya, the field service tech was most prompt and pleasant to meet...he quickly was able to access the problem with my furnace and also to give me owner/user info on how to do annual preventative maintenance...most grateful for that info. Overall, the service...quality,.,and value of the job was much appreciated and exceeded expectation...Associated Services is very lucky to have such an excellent staff representing them...thank you Terry and Izaya for a job well done!!
Richard and team were great from the beginning ?. They were early to the jobsite and before I got out of my vehicle they were done with measurements and ready to work. Work looks great and so quick.
Great team. Richard was the frank type of guy I like to work with. Talked me through everything with no sales pitch. The team that worked on my home was both professional and prompt. After dealing with a few contractors in a row that I did not enjoy, it was a very refreshing experience.Not very often that I feel comfortable letting workers go in and out of the house when my girls are home, but I felt like they had worked on my house before by the end of day one.Services: HVAC duct & vent installation
