Alta is an outstanding gym. They push you hard to help you see results quickly. They are great about altering workouts to your current level of fitness and then adjusting workouts when you’re ready. I would highly recommend joining!

The coaches are very knowledgeable in stretches, exercises, nutrition, positive mental attitude and everything involved with leading a healthy active lifestyle. I've attended classes coached by Laura, Scott, and Aaron and found them all to be friendly, professional, and eager to instruct. They give good guidance on how to do the workouts with good form to prevent injuries and maximize gains. The workouts are a great variety of exercises which vary by class. The classes maintain an excellent ratio of upper body, lower body and balance. The nutrition plan for myself has been life changing. I've known Aaron for many years in the capacity of a fitness and life coach. I have reconnected with him when I joined Alta Performance Institute a couple of weeks ago. It is the best decision I've made for myself in almost 3 years. Last week I must've injured my left trapezoid with either a kettlebell or a club bell. I ignored what I thought was just soreness over the weekend. This morning my pain was unbearable and I was unable to even turn my neck and had to cancel my 8:30 a.m. workout. I contacted Aaron to let him know and to ask him if I could make up the session the next day. Not only did he say "yes" but he also asked me to come in for an adjustment and some manipulation...read full review
