AVOID!!!! False promises and long delays. At first they will make it seem like they have your best interests at heart, but that quickly turns out to be false. I strongly suggest looking for a different business for headstones unless you do not mind being mislead, having the final headstone look nothing like the headstone that was originally agreed to, and having the whole process take years. If I had the option to chose a different business, I would even if the cost would be a bit more. The headache was not worth the bit of money that might have been saved.
