I love Dr Reddy! She is much more involved and listens to my concerns in a way I’ve never experienced by previous doctors. She is a genuinely caring doctor and I feel blessed to have her as part of my healthcare team.Front staff is lacking in customer service skills at the Salinas office. The Prunedale location is much more pleasant.

I like Dr. Reddy. I saw her although she isn't my regular doctor at the practice and found her to be extremely thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. In general this place does the job, not sure why all the negative reviews. They do their best to get you in on the same day. You don't wait long for an appointment, they listen, the medical assistants are kind and follow up when they say they will, and the receptionists are nice. I haven't had too many occasions to be seen, but for just a regular physical or sore throat they're good. Not sure about the more complicated things. Dr. Acton has been my kids pediatrician since 2017. I am very happy with the care she has provided throughout the years. The staff is very kind and professional. Lately, Leonor Solis has been helping with scheduling and sending authorizations with a quick response.
