Communicative, professional team and terrific, knowledgeable, forward thinking therapist who provides personalized plans, helps you build upon them each week, and knows where you are at with every appt. Zero time wasted. Eventually I know I will stop going as that is the point of rehab but a part of me thinks "what a bummer" as it is rare that something like this lives up to or even meets expectations. Go to your appt and do what they tell you - I went from barely sleeping 3 hours per night due to back pain to doing weighted exercises in 8 weeks.“
