I’ve been a customer here for a while, but the reliability has declined. The shop is frequently closed during posted hours, either locked up early or closed mid-day, which makes drop off and pick up annoying. Combined with a slow turnaround and high prices, the value just isn't matching the service anymore. I hope they can get their scheduling back on track.
I have exclusively used Klass Cleaners in Saint Helena for more than nine years for all my dry cleaning and laundry needs, to include occasional alterations, and I am totally satisfied for everything Klass has done for me. Additionally, I particularly appreciate Klass' staff, who have always been friendly and helpful as needed.
I highly recommend Klass cleaners as the best place for dry-cleaning and folded laundry. They are prompt, have an excellent system of communicating with clients, and are friendly and approachable. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews given their expertise. Please don’t let a few “Karen’s” dissuade you from bringing your business here.
