I have exclusively used Klass Cleaners in Saint Helena for more than nine years for all my dry cleaning and laundry needs, to include occasional alterations, and I am totally satisfied for everything Klass has done for me. Additionally, I particularly appreciate Klass' staff, who have always been friendly and helpful as needed.
I highly recommend Klass cleaners as the best place for dry-cleaning and folded laundry. They are prompt, have an excellent system of communicating with clients, and are friendly and approachable. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews given their expertise. Please don’t let a few “Karen’s” dissuade you from bringing your business here.
I had an emergency last week with some items that I needed to get right away and the super kind ladies here at Klass were able to get my items clean press and ready to go a day prior! So awesome! I like their new software system which alerts you via text message or email when items are ready for pick up and I'm personally shocked about the bad reviews and the hate, I believe this is a wonderful establishment. They told me they have recently made some changes in staff, computer system and procedures, and It has been a long transition but I had such great experience here, I can see the changes were for the good. I just recently moved to the area and I will be joining their free pick up in delivery service as well. I already have my express bag!
