Thank you Dr. Poh & Team. This dental office always exceeds my expectations. During my recent cleaning, Sandra was extremely kind, thorough and provided suggestions for home care. Cassandra assisted with X-rays & she too was extremely kind & compassionate. As always, Dr. Poh was amazing - she has such a gentle approach as she assures the health of my teeth & gums. She did a filling that cut my tongue badly. Repeated attempts to fix destroyed the tooth. My worst memory of it was how dismissive she was. “i know it is hard to leave alone.” Her breezy dismissive attitude was horrifying to be on the receiving end of. A year later I’m still getting her work fixed. It’s painful when dentists mess up, worse when they’re not nice or responsible about it.
