Dr. Nikula is thorough and professional. I have been coming to her for over 2 years to keep my back and neck in alignment. I'll continue to do so until she retires or I die. I love being able to keep moving.

Dr. Nikula gave me back my neck and lower back! Prior to my visits, I did not have a full range of motion in my neck. Today I don't even have to think when I turn my head; there is no pain. I continue seeing her once a month to keep things in check. I love the activator as I am not a fan of cracking my back. The activator seems to be much more efficient and long lasting (years ago I had visited a chiropractor that cracked my back and stopped going as it didn't seem to help). Anyway, as long as I'm living in the Sacramento area and she's still practicing, I will be seeing Dr. Nikula every month. It's worth having a body that works correctly.
