Since Pure has taken over, I can't say that I am very pleased. Here are some examples:1. There does not seem to be much coordination between your various departments. Recently, I was told my tenant needed some repair to her fireplace. I asked to let me know the cost. I thought the cost was pretty high. I was never told what needed to be done or how many bids had been received. The next thing I knew, I got a call directly from the vendor telling me that I needed to pay a deposit on the work. Easy to contact when there's questions about the rental agreement or questions about the living space/grounds. They were also open to communicating over text which in my opinion is great. When I moved out, they were quick in responding to all the questions I had and sent over the termination agreement within 3 days after notifying them of my moving out. Used an online APP for all maintenance requests, always quick and easy with a quick turnaround time.

This is a great company that cares about its tenants and properties. The gentleman that came and did a repair for me has good customer service skills and did a super job! Thank you!
