STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! My daughter and son-in-law used them for a state to state move, and are failing to deliver. Not a real company. They are not a BBB Accredited company. They are scammers and are keeping their stuff. SCAM COMPANY!!!!

We started the process of moving with first class movers about 4 weeks before our move. The person we spoke to “Doug” was super nice in the beginning and gave us a quote that we all agreed upon. Fast forward 5 days until our move, we get a call telling us that they booked someone else on our moving day and they now need to move us one day back. We call “Doug” and state that we are not happy with this situation as we had planned to leave on a certain time. “Doug” then became irate. DO NOT USE!!! I made the mistake of using them for my cross country move. Don't make the same mistake. They low ball you on the initial estimate and ended up paying so much more plus fees they didn't even go over. I recommend not using them plus they are freight brokers - DO NOT believe their car salesman pitch. Each transaction has been with different moving companies. Some of their phone numbers listed on their paperwork is also a discontinued phone number.
