“We have tankless water heater installed in our home for about 10 years. We have had love hate relationship for this equipment when working we love it, however this past few years this thing had to be reset frequently to get it back to working due consistent xxxx error. So I have decided to move on and thinking of going back to traditional tank water heater. So after searching here at yelp to find a local professional plumber I came across with Complete Plumbing with excellent track records and costumer feed back rating.I reached out to Mike told him my bad experience with our system and let him know that I'm replacing it however I mentioned the name and model of our water heater "Navien" he had to ask me twice lol. He says he's been installing this same heaters to a lot of customers with no issues, in fact he's got the same one installed in his home.So he came in that same afternoon for initial inspection, explained that he'll get it fixed without having to buy another system. As promised he came back two days later did thorough service changed configuration added parts. So it's been a week since he's last visit our Navien has been revived and working flawlessly without having to reset it enjoying hot water on demand. “We tore out an old vanity with a single sink to put in a new one with two. We quickly realized we did not have the skill set to install the additional plumbing, and put out requests on Yelp. Roma responded quickly, came out to the house to see the project, and gave us a bid on the spot. He was substantially less expensive than other bid we got (which was not going to be done to code). Roma sent two guys out to do the job, and they were efficient and polite, and did beautiful work! We had already shiplapped and painted, and they managed to cut out the shiplap where they needed to run plumbing, then put it back when they were done. All this happened at the beginning of the year, when Felton was getting hammered by the winter rains. We had to postpone the project twice due to the power being out, and Roma was entirely flexible with rescheduling. We will definitely contact Roma for future projects! Highly recommend!!!“

Shameer of Apex again came out and promptly and professionally fixed the faucet in question. To be safe, we had him replace all the old faucets in the house to prevent this kind of ongoing problem. As always, Shameer was professional, quick with his work, and it was all done in a first-rate manner. New faucets, solid stainless steel tubing leading to the faucets, and a great explanation from Shameer on how we can extend faucet life to avoid leaks in the future.
