Been coming here for over 10 years! Mainly for facial and body treatment. Staffs there are really nice and tentative. I know their sale techniques can be a little pushy sometime but hey..that's how they can keep their door open! I have bought package at other beauty spa where they closed down. Ms Slim kept their business alive for over 10+ years and they expanded to so many other locations for a reason!

Terrible & extremely unethical. I called, and I was told that a body wrap would reduce cellulite. When I arrived for the consultation, the "consultant" kept scribbling numbers on paper and provided me with unclear answers. It was terrible. She kept saying she couldn't guarantee anything. Why would I move forward with little knowledge & no REAL answers? Also, she made remarks about pricing as if she'd already decided I couldn't pay for what would actually deliver results. I'm a black woman, and I am so sick of the side racism, ignorance, bias & Asian hate when it comes to working with them. She made it harder than what it had to be. All I was looking for was honesty & a reputable place that could help me achieve the results that I was seeking. She made assumptions that I couldn't pay for the results that I am seeking. I drove 1 hour on Saturday to come here. It was a total waste of my time, fuel & day. I was clear, I even recorded it and yet and still, I know as little about what they wanted me to pay for than when I arrived.

Remember to check the price before you purchase anything. You could be charged a lot more than it costs. I was charged a bottle of collagen gel cream for $80 bucks when it's only $56
