Broke off a key in lock for my tool box,this guy got my key part number and whipped up two replacement keys before I could get my wallet out. Super helpful and friendly. I totally recommend this place.

was locked out of my side yard and had a storage shed with a bad lock. Jacks came right on time and the same day. Took care everything prices were very reasonable. would definitely use them again again. This will be the second time Jacks Lock came over to replace a lock. Always on time, friendly and fair pricing. He knows his stuff and we highly recommend him.

He is fast with a quote response and readily available and accommodating of appointment change requests. He came, checked my locks and rekeyed them quickly. I like that his keys have a solid feel; so many others are flimsy. I've won't hesitate to call him again.
