Heal From the Ground Up

I've been seeing Michael for almost half a year now with weekly sessions and I can't say enough good things about him! I've been under Michael's care for several months, and the progress I've made in understanding my childhood traumas and their link to my anxieties is remarkable. Michael is an excellent listener who takes my feelings and issues seriously, carefully guiding me to trace them back to my childhood experiences. While I know I have more work ahead to completely come to terms with how I feel about myself, I'm incredibly grateful to have Michael by my side, helping me unpack these thoughts and issues that have been occupying my mind. It's been a transformative journey, and I'm thankful for his support.

Amazing! This was my first time doing therapy and I left the session with some awesome action items and lots to think about. Michael very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I went into the session not fully knowing what to talk about and he quickly identified my problem areas I didn't even realize. This session was exactly what I needed. Thank you again!
