The reception desk Guangdong province lady who can’t recognize the English language, did errors on my record, even no apologize and very rude. The Dr. Feng came out to blame me to shut up, such rude manner, that’s very unprofessional clinic!
Rude reception desk, absolutely bad manner Dr. Feng!? The worst Dr. In Los Angeles, terrible clinic, you can go there without appointment and some patients fighting with office lady in there who spoke Cantonese, mess up!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Feng Doctor Clinic. I scheduled my appointment over the phone and provided my insurance card information, which was confirmed by the clinic staff. I traveled to the clinic in a weakened state, having been at the emergency room until late the night before and advised to follow up with my Family Doctor. I even skipped breakfast to make the appointment.
